Obcasus is one of the greater Enigmas. A group of beings that exist and are born without boundaries to stand for. Although it was suspected that he is born out of Ruin, he fights for his own domain. Considered a god by those he rules over. Obcasus leads his people with wisdom and temperance. Although he is considered a person of interest by Preservation, the stranger is largely left to his own devices.
