Firs off I want to say that 
ModifiedRabbit's work is amazing. This book was well worth it in the end.
He sent the pages to me, he didn't give me the booklet. The booklet I picked up at Kinkos or FedEx Office.

If I were you I would take this opportunity to commission MR, his prices are very affordable and you really get more bang for your buck with him. Oh and did I mention he's a Traditional artist only, if that wasn't obvious lol.
