Last night  hanmonster and I were talking about bad pokemon clothing/design choices and I mentioned the idea of a charmander who wore a lantern over it's tail flame and kabuki body paint.

So I played around with an attempt at a quick 'painting' style (This is basically how I paint only with a few more values and some transfer on my brush :V) to get the idea out of my head.

It's a cute thing that will now live in my gallery and never be drawn again because I'll forget about it.
