Created using MS paint, transparency added using GIMP. Started making it August 8th of 2013, but didn't finish it until the next day. A new character of mine that will be put away until I can figure out what to do with him. He was fun to make and think of, yes that is an eye on his tail. Didn't use many colors because adding any more colors would have ruined it.
