Lovely work as always.

This is my favourite so far, but they're all wonderful! I've always wanted to do work like this, what was it that you use? Sumi ink? What is it and how does it work? (and how expensive XD)

Sumi ink is a soy-based ink, it's not very expensive, a couple of dollars for a bottle. You can buy special sumi paintbrushes or use watercolor brushes in a pinch. You dilute the ink with water to get varying shades of grey. There are some really good books that can get you started on techniques - amazon.com has a bunch or your local library might have them, too. :)
