For a interior design project this semester I had to design a satellite office in Albuquerque, New Mexico for a designer that was chosen for me and I had to emulate them by using their own style. I had to design The office for the famous architect Richard Meier, who is a post modernist who uses a design philosophy of white and modular systems. My concept I based everything on was "White Modular" and I came up with that by analyzing Richard's designs and learned his designs are based off solely on 30"x30" whit panels he uses on every exterior design he does. So I wanted this office to emulate him but also be a collaboration of his design aesthetic and mine.
This perspective is of the Receptionist area, waiting area and gallery on the first floor. I wanted to keep this design very basic but to make a bold statement all the same.
