FINALLY got this baby together.
Once again I had a brainfart that led to a semi-3d badge with "action", or moving parts. This little guy actually moves up and down to reveal the ducky on his overalls. The movement is a bit stiff but I think it will loosen up over time.

The design was Mukian's idea: a totally better one than the version I was thinking of!
