Clarence Beaudrie, grandson of billionaire and Freedom City socialite Angela Beaudrie. Always wanted to be a hero, to the point his family spent a fortune on questionable gene treatments to grant him powers. While he has powers, he's obviously not the heroic type, being too privileged and arrogant to risk his neck saving others. He's good at manipulating others to do the hard work while he takes credit.
