I've been having a blast seeing what Lightroom can do with my old JPG files. Wicked! It's nothing you can't do with any other good prog like Paint Shop Pro (fyi I use X2 photo edition) The difference is like driving or say skateboarding instead of getting your hands on a mixing board, sliders dials and all that. Does that make sense? Yah, well, it does if you've ever skated or worked a sound-board! It's not intuitive or anything but the program is designed to work with those elements of a picture that push it this way or that, enhance and tune. Artists of all types, get this package because it gives you the same sort of control over all your pictures, not just photographs.
