He's not flexing hard enough those snap those belts. X3

I really-really like the belts around his arm, not only because of how the tension (in how the arm and the belts are rather rounded out, the bicep appearing compressed) implies that he is going to break the belts by simply flexing, but also at how shiny you made the belts in the 1st place. The direction to which his head points emphasizes this point of focus, his expression not calling undue attention to itself (and possibly 'stealing' attention from the arm-belts).

The rest of the picture has great construction, especially at the muscles (big, but not exaggerated). He also looks good with those pants and waist-belt.
