It'd be no later than the 28th. I have to pay a couple bills and then see what's left currently, but I might even be able to purchase him sooner. ^^ But 28th at the latest. =)

That's totally fine! I was actually able to talk to my fiance and she said she'd buy him + another adopt I've been eyeing so she said to let you know. She'll pay + put my SN in the paypal comments so you know it's from me/her. =)
