Okay, but Islam, first of all, is not the world's majority religion. And the branches of it that encourage "honor-killings" are primarily isolated to the Middle East.

Like all major religions, it promotes an absolutely bug-fuck insane view of itself as the authority in matters of ethics, subverting real human ethical reasoning and impulses to the point at which killing one's daughter with one's own bare hands is something you get congratulted for. If you want to see the big picture, open your eyes and take a look at institutional religion.

So, I guess, in the end: my poetry should be dismissed as a tool of capitalist propoganda because ... most people are sheep, and caring about whether they get institutionally murdered is futile, when we could be speaking to Leaders (aka ubermenschen).

You know, moreover, calling two brutal murders that will never be reported in the mainstream U.S. media, which you hadn't heard of, and which are merely representative of a staggering number of similar situations that are as bad or worse, "propoganda," is incredible to me. And you write poetry about homeless people dying? WTF man?

Last I checked, my beef-- as stated here, you note-- was with institutionalized religion. 54% of people in the U.S. believe I am incapable of being ethical because I don't submit to their institutional religion and its sky fairies. (The overlap between those folks and the folks who elected our president is pretty high.) Atheists are the most hated minority in the U.S..

I have common cause with muslim women. You know, beyond the fact that they're human beings.

I'm not sure why you think I'm angry, except insofar as I'm willing to debate political stances, especially wrongheaded ones. I also can't see why compromise would ever be any honest person's goal in a discussion of ideas.
