It's certainly quite a rare perspective. I tend to find inshoe shots are more often done from below. But I think this shows the claustrophobic atmosphere much better.

What's interesting to me about this comic is that a lot of the themes seem like BDSM themes that are very doable in real life:

Size play (finding a muscular guy who can throw you around like it's nothing)

Suspension

Mummification

The foot worship aspect

Breath control

Master/slave

Idk if you've looked into it but there are communities (e.g. Recon, fetlife, the /r/bdsmcommunity on reddit) that are pretty reasonable to navigate regarding exploring doing this stuff IRL.

To be honest, I haven't got any real interest in 'living out' my more extreme fetishes. To me, fetishes are merely an aspect of sex, and sex is merely an aspect of a relationship. I'd wanna be in a meaningful relationship with someone before I got intimate, and then it'd be nice to think there's a chance some willing fetish play could follow one day.

(Oh, and I'm a straight guy, by the way!)
