I can give you a bit more. You can move your arm around, as long as you don't raise your elbow, because any raising of the elbow will put pressure onto your shoulder, and of course, into the collar.
After it's done healing, don't put pressure onto it, and avoid raising your arm above your head for quite while. It's gonna be annoying and all the crap. And after you are all said and done, it will likely not heal right, my right collar bone is noticeably different feeling than the other. But i broke mine before i was 20. (The collar bone continues to develop to that age, so it may be different)
It may be a stronger bone afterwards, but it will not be able to take weight for as long as the other, and you will loose some flexibility, especially with putting your arm behind your head. (could be worse)
Overall it's not a good bone to break, but you should recover fine, and forget all about it one day.
