We're not exactly sure what it was, but we both decided that there just wasn't something "right" about the original "Bridgett" model, so we tinkered. And tinkered. And tinkered. This is the end result. We're very glad we did.

Yes and no. It certainly helped us figure out that she did need more work, but Lulz didn't help us much in specifically figuring out what needed to be done. There was one, maybe two helpful people there, but the majority couldn't get past making the "Bull Terriers are the ugliest dogs in the world" comments. But hey, that's Lulz trolls for ya...
