Don't mind you asking at all.
Was using a large balance ball. Was handy to use for this. I could reposition it and change the volume easy. For longer term I would prefer a shaped insert with polyfil. It is a lot easier to compress and that makes it easier to move. not sure when i will ever get around to making that
