Wh-whoa...! The sudden change in detail almost gave me whiplash! Looks absolutely gorgeous now :) That shading just makes those soles look like they have SO much roundness to them...

BIG paws! I like your take on them in that they don't have fur on the sole (like a real polar bear), and cool to see the five toes too. I don't think you'd get many complaints about a shaded version popping up. :3
