~Ability: Intimidate (Lowers opponents attack stat by one stage upon entering the battle)

~Personality: Very bold, brave and protective of his trainer Mia. He wont blindly jump into a battle, unless Mia, or the vulpix Sakura is in danger. He likes to evaluate the best options in a battle before executing any moves, that way there is minimal damage made to him, and others. He is very caring and does not like to destroy things, however if Mia or Sakura get hurt, he is known to become enraged and does not care about his surroundings until he knows his friends are safe.

He prefers to be outside of his poke ball that way he can walk along side Mia. He has done so since he hatched, as even though he was still an egg, he felt a sense of abandonment, and always wanted to stay by someone's side.


~In Depth Bio: When Kai's egg was found by Mia, the only other Pokémon she had was Sakura, a very kind and loving vulpix. Once the egg hatched and Kai joined the team, Sakura helped keep an eye on him as he always liked to cause mischief. However as he grew older he mellowed out and because the Luxray he is now. Despite the way Sakura helped take care of Kai, the two seem to have developed a much deeper relationship.

Kai is very protective of both his trainer Mia, as well as Sakura and will protect them the best he can, however sometimes he pushes himself too much.

Once Kai found out how different he was from the others of his kind, he realized that when they met other Luxrays, whether in battle or just passing by, that they were indeed teasing him. Mia and Sakura both told him not to listen to them as he was fine just like he was, if anything he was more special than those that made fun of him as he was very unique.

Depsite being so much smaller than others, once he evolved for the final time, he hit a weird growth spurt, and is now much larger than other Luxrays.

Now Kai, along with Mia and Sakura, as well as the newest additions Crystal, Drake, Kiori and Dante, they travel the world exploring many new things, and meeting many new friends!
