Judging by that bears's round girth and by the size of his shirt, I think his bellybutton's going to going to be on display even if he does button his shirt up.

Well, this was the biggest shirt size that HR had available, so if he can't force the shirt to button, he's gonna have to fill out a DC499x-RD form: Exemption to Dress Code and Navel Exposure Regulations due to Excessive Roundness.

Either way, that belly button's there to stay.
