Okay, so my 100th submission and also my thankyou for 20k pageviews and over 1600 watchers and its almost my 2 month anniversary of making this account so HUZZAH for celebrations (lots of milestones all came at once which was pretty gosh darn convenient)
...Only...all I wanna do is sleep really LOL. So heres me taking a quick cat nap up in a tree. its pretty sunny and warm up here and secluded and quiet too so just 40 winks then i'll get back to drawing promise
I always drool when i'm sleeping in real life. And At least if I fall out of the tree i'll have a nice soft landing, although us cats always land on our feet.

I know the nursery rhyme is a classic and is suppose to be sweet, But now that I'm older I find this actually kind of disturbing. Just remember the first few lyrics, "Rock-a-bye baby, on the tree top…" am I the only one seeing the issue here? Someone left their baby in a tree! "When the wind blows the cradle will rock, when the branch breaks the cradle will fall…" "And down will come baby, cradle and all." again
Someone needs to get these parents some actual lessons if they leave their baby in a freaking tree.

A LOT of nursery rhymes and even old children stories are actually really very morbid and often the children don't have happy endings. Ring a ring of roses that nursery rhyme is based on the black plague then there's London's burning or London bridge is falling down. when you look into the history of most nursery rhymes they're just really really wrong lol
