I doubt that she is related with Rouge the Bat, eh ^^ However, she looks cool and don't worry about the name. I have a white albino bat with the same name.
However, she looks different than Sega's Rouge. Only the names are the same.

I agree with some of these people. Very nice char, but the name is way too close to that of a previously established one. Think if they met in a story, it'd be sort've confusing. Rogue the Bat and Rouge the bat. If you really like having her as a 'rogue', try looking up a synonym. It'd just be confusing, because people who don't really know the character will confuse her with Rouge and vice-versa.

The name is Rogue, like "Rogue Squadron" from Starwars, it means "rebel" while Rouge is french for Red

well i think shes quite sexy. As for the name, it is fine. Its not like you said your OC's name is "Rouge the Bat" its just plan Rouge. But maybe a last name for her can change that oppenion from others. For example I made a Charater based off Ryo-Ohki from Tenchi Muyo, however i gave some changes here and their so its my own charater. Adding a last name also helped not having others saying i took a charater from a show and said it was my own.
