I'm guessing the unborn foal has little magic hiccups in the womb?

Had an idea like that once. Further along Celestia got in the pregnancy, the worse the glitches would get.

yah, kinda... forgot the scrunchie- know the scrunchie demon is going to smite me. but mike is right there, mothering celestia when she is not doing other things is sort been seen with her mane done up
