I'm still sort of figuring out how to use watercolor effectively. It's sort of troubling to do badass line art and then fail hard on coloring it well. I'm sure if I keep at it I'll get it in time.
Just another Katsuya Terada inspired dragon. I wanted to see how far I could take it and decided to draw as naturally as I could. No looking up references, no technique reviews mid drawing, none of the technical baloney I usually do. I just put that pencil down and went with it.
I only regret that I drew another green dragon with a very similar color scheme.
