Meet Johnny Ragul, one of the saltiest sea captains of the Citadel Fleet, a small but powerful group of Galleon style warships brought to modern day technology to match the power and awe of the Dragon Knights!

Johnny is an aquatic dragon with a love for the game of pool in the Citadel Tavern, along with a spot of rum and perhaps some female attention. His past as a notorious pirate hangs over his head while he fights his hardest to win the admiration of those watching him and working under his command, having become a trusted leader under the rule of King Deekay D. Dragone and his spirit mate, Queen Reis Dragone.

Johnny's preferred primary weapon is his heavy yet devastating anchor- a tool normally meant for grounding ships in place. Backed by his inner power of controlling the ocean around him, Johnny has little trouble guiding the heavy anchor in the direction of his foes, with the exception of opponents who are quick on their feet.

So enjoy this tough as nails ex-pirate while he embarks on his quest for redemption, and conquering the beasts the deepest of seas has to offer!
