In the early trailers for Pokemon XY, I immediately thought of Sailor Moon when Sylveon was shown using Moonblast (and also the ribbons.) Them Fairy-types are quite magical huh?
I had to modify the hairstyle though because for me it's a little difficult trying to incorporate the "meatballs" along with the bow and ribbons.
