Character creation is always a treat for me. Being given some guidelines and a fair dose of artistic freedom, I can spread my wings and deliver something I consider good ;)
This time it was a gryphon.
I had the pleasure of working for
before - it was always fun and a challenge. This time was no different.
I was asked to give Shereth's idea shape and I decided to add some life to it as well. Though initially Aukka - that's the handsome fellow's name - didn't have the exact species of the bird pinned down, once I got the colour pattern, I instantly thought of red kite and it proved to worked perfectly.
So here he is - enjoying a morning flight, putting those strong wings to good use.
