This is near the early part of the story. In the first page, we see Hunter S. Momiji sunbathing and taking in some rays while the group of 3 boys play nearby. Our unnamed protagonist is somewhat ignorant to the sort of sexual innuendos of this world, as he's a bit younger than the twins Alex and Ryan, who egg him on to say something to this woman.

I think they maybe push him or something, and perhaps he trips over half a sand castle or whatever. Anyway, the kid kinda falls on top of her, headfirst into her boobs. And like I said in the title, Miji gets PISSED. This is the concept art for the frame that's supposed to occur immediately afterwards, when she's about to pick him up by the hair off of her, and maybe throw him into the sky or something cartoon style.

The word balloon is just sorta an example of what she might be saying. I don't know actually what I'll have her be doing in the frames immediately afterwards, but there's supposed to be some sort of plot device here when she gets up and leaves; that's supposed to give our protagonist a bit of a plot device to continue the story with.
