Yep... this may or may not have been inspired by that episode of Dexter's Lab where they had a bully with the same problem.

Actually, from my own experience, the best thing to do with bullies is just go right to the principal and tell on them. Sure, the guy I told on cornered me and threatened to kick my ass afterwards, but I calmly informed him that if he did, I would not only tell on him this time, but that I would simply keep on doing so until I got him expelled. That got rid of his ass right quick.
