It's actually Deckard's gun from Blade Runner, which is what the "That Gun" in Fallout: New Vegas is based on.

Interestingly enough the same gun was featured in Fallout 1 & 2 and was known as the .233 Pistol then, it was an almost exact replica whereas the New Vegas version has different proportions and lacks the bolt handle, ejection port and second trigger.
