There he is, Skooter The Shooter Kitty, in my first drawing of him as a Battle Holiday character. This pic is old too, even older than the first inks on Battle Holiday. I started having ideas for the second story since before I even finished Battle Holiday, but I knew I wanted it to be REALLY different. The first BH has this sorta pop feel to it, with thick lines and impressionistic environments. I want part 2 to look like a fairly well-rendered fantasy book (while still retaining the Sanrio-esque character designs), so I needed to practice on my rendering skills. This is one of the first, and less successful experiments.
