So I was camping for the past week with my ornithology class and we decide to figure out each others spirit bird. They decided mine was the red-breasted nuthatch cause apparently they are sarcastic. Anyway here is Phantom and her spirit bird, the red-breasted nuthatch.

Oh man, that bird looks pretty fly. (Nailed it.) I'm diggin' that feather texture you've done and you did a great job defining the wings and tail too. Also your wolf's expression is charming. Are the ears supposed to be small? It's pretty cute. Definitely keep going!

Thanks, ya I am still figuring out ear proportions. After camping for a week and pretty much being together for 24 hours a day our teaching assistant gave told us our spirit birds based on our personality. I have a sarcastic sense of humor and a nuthatch sounds sarcastic so that was mine. Another person got the Northern Flicker because they have this really infectious laugh similar to the Flickers call.
