I decided to go ahead and upload this. I'm a hockey goaltender myself, and I got my first ever fully custom set of pads/gloves this past season. I put my fursona (Subzero) on the pads, glove and blocker because... Well I wanted to haha! It's definately something I'm very proud of, being that I really worked hard to earn the money to make this. I'll be uploading a photo of the pads with these guys as well!

You're fine as long as you don't wear just your catcher and blocker, skates and a jock and then go through the motions of explaining what you were *trying* to do in making a save while in the locker room. We had a goalie who did that... and he was terrible. Goals from center ice all the time. Eventually we got so fed up with him we booted him in the middle of a game and did better playing 6 players the rest of the way. :)
