looks like a type of rose. I first thought it was a camellia but the leaves are shaped wrong... I love the picture, it's hard getting a good pic without a tripod though.

Spotted it on a small tree at Port Lympne zoo. I'v since changed cameras, got a tripod but no macro lens :=)

ah, I see. no idea what it is then XD It could be a tree rose, but i don't think they get very big.

ah, I just use a simple digital camera with several settings for movements, close ups, and landscapes XD
