OK, continuing up from the last upload, everyone gets to finally see the handsome stud that blew those jerks away tahaha!
SO, Fallout, New Vegas.
Fallout 3 was great, but Vegas seemed to bring back some stuff from the original 2 Fallouts, as well as add some more morality. See, in Fallout 3, you generally had a clear distinction of who was "good" and who was "bad". Daddy and the Rivet City? Good guys. The Enclave? Baaaaad.
But in Vegas, there are a couple factions with their own ideals and functions, from the Kahns (Kaaaaaahhhnnn! (sorry, had to)) to the Boomers. Mostly, the big plot goes about the NCR and Legion, and depending on your own personal moral implication, you could really go either side. Balance things enough and your enemies are practically the animals and Fiends (raiders much?).
Things like "DT" and stuff were lost on me, but I did fine anyway. I was a little crossed that I got a perk every 2 levels instead of every 1...but I dealed, as there were many more to pick from, and ya get skill points every level anyway, so it worked out.
Nabbed myself the ultimate edition since I don't do DLC really, like having my stuff all in one package. To be honest, I haven't even finished the main storyline with all the stuff to do. I've done all the DLC stuff (aside from actually finishing the Zion-whatever-one), and have to say, they did great.
The Divide was a challenge and Blood Money made me rich!
(Speaking of Blood Money, do it right, and yes, you will have so many caps you won't know what to do with them. Also, the DLC opens and closes with the moral of "letting it go", as the treasure of the Sierra Madre comes with a price if you take too much.....*snorts* TAH! Sorry game, but I LEGITIMATELY came away with thousands upon thousands of caps AND I got out of that vault WITH EVERYTHING! Sure, I was walking as slow as I would with an overflowed di---I mean, with too much to carry, BUT I GOT IT ALL MUHAHaHa!)
So, anyway, here's me. With the word on moral implications, in games such as these, I honestly try to be the good guy. Don't take me for a complete saint...if you have a plasma pistol just lying on your desk, you won't see it there later heheh, and I've robbed the Van Graphs and Boomer stores blind and came out with a ton of gear.
I didn't do it alone! Enter one of the best partners in the wasteland, EDE! Oh man, when I found this guy all broken and forgotten at that carrier office, broke my heart. Also broke it more when I couldn't find that friggin' Fusion Battery! But once I got EDE up and running, he was my first companion and has stuck with me since. Dogmeat was great, and his HP for staying alive was almost godly, but he lacked one thing...he couldn't carry stuff. EDE can though! And that gave him a plus! And he got even better after he got upgrades from The Divide, so I could repair stuff for free. Ok, sure, like Dogmeat, EDE has the tendency to...well lets face it, when he sees an enemy, he's going for it. *shrugs* He's not a coward, that's for sure.
But overall, I try to make the best decisions I could. It's the Apocalypse, and there world is filled with plenty of people picking each other off.
And, well, that explains my attire. I'm decked out in the cool Regulator duster and a nice little fedora (or pre-war hat if you want item names). Sure, it's DR sucks (next game guys, improve that), but it looks great.
Add in a custom-made MAG layered with Rad-X powder, and even radiation won't get me down ha ha! So look out fiends and raiders, I've got 100 in Guns and Energy Weapons, and I can pick you off on the cross-hairs!
...only...if Regulator's are the good guys, why exactly do we cut off people's fingers again...?

*vein pulse* Just because I'm in a MAG doesn't make me a baby kay? 0_- *dusts hands* Oh well, no harm done.
PART OF YOUR MORAL COURSE AZUL?
Eh, use to it. *shrugs* Not like I'm going to turn everyone into piles of radioactive mush from my energy weapons....or am I?

Of course, they were Raiders 0_0 Seen those guys hideouts? I'd hate to be any mattress near those guys...
It's a Rad-X-Mag!
THOUGH I DO IMAGINE SUCH A MECHANIC WAS EMPLOYED WHEN YOU ROBBED THE VAULT AZUL. I BELIEVE THE PROGRAM ASSUMED THAT A "HEAVY LOAD" IN RELATION TO YOU INCLUDED--
I don't have to take this, I have enough Caps to buy the whole Strip, including all those robo-guards -_-

Oh yeah, from Blood Money...yep, I have to admit, the Holorifle is a great weapon too, and I still carry it on my person. Unsure exactly what the "Holorifle Damage" bit in the special effects is...but guess it's the disintegration animation or something. On a side note, those enemies were freaky...
A thank you
Well, with the DLC, the Armored Vaultsuit was right with me from the start, and yeah, best choice for you starting off. While I admit the power armors are the best protection you can get, I like going with the light armor myself. Moving as fast as possible is very helpful, and having a little extra weight to carry is good too. But, maybe I'll try it out sometime.
Actually...think I gave some to Veronica once when I tried going at the deathclaws when I was a lower level....two swipes were all it took to bring her down...then again wasn't fully repaired 0_0 Hopefully in 5, they'll have some repair kits for armor and some customization for them too. That way we can all have our favorites, can repair them, and have them match up to others.

Holorifle's thing is it fire like a shotgun but also had long range like a sniper rifle. Holorifle damage is for a few seconds after being hit they be damage over time.
Indeed. Like to use that one kind of powerarmor that up your strength. Let me carry more. But that just me.
And oh mine.

Reminds me of a Borderland's shotgun with a scope Still, the Holorifle is a great weapon, I agree.
Oh that's true, effectively takes 10 off the weight...unless you have 10 strength already...too bad they pulled the Almost Perfect perk in Vegas...they don't have bubble heads but they do have Usangi to give ya implants.

SIBLING-TERMINOLOGY, EVEN NOT BY ACCURATE FAMILY MODELS, SEEM TO INDICATE THAT "LITTLE BROTHERS" ARE SUPPOSEDLY ENTITLED TO ANNOY THOSE OF GREATER AGE.
*prods...watch* Kinda like how Ran and Spyro act?
...THEIR RELATION IN AGE IS...SPECULATORY, AT LEAST FOR THE LATER, BUT THE PREMISE REMAINS. MY CONDOLENCES ECLIPSE.

Ah man, those were some good memories from fallout new vegas (now ya got me nostalgic to play it again damn it XD ). I realy liked how the DLCs covered preety much every aspect one would want, Dead money had tense and frightening areas and enemies that kept you alert, Honest hearts had tons of caves and caches hiden about with a very interesting storyline and was an area not often seen in fallout, Old world blues was like a 50s sci-fi flick and had tons of humor, and Lonesome road... good lord that was an epic advanture traveling thruw that.
Er Azul, ya miiight wanna cover up the diaper, might help with some persuasion speech checks down the line :P

Certainly warrants more than one playthrough
Dead Money did what a few DLCs did...that is, strip you of your best stuff and basically leave you with your health and perks (The Pitt being a good example of 3). It gave you a challenge...and had, yeah, enemies that COULD GET BACK UP! Good news is, those knives can save ya in it. Just hack off a limb and they're not getting up. But seriously, these guys are more freaky than the Enclave would be when first seeing them.
Buildings>Vaults>Wasteland>Sewers>Metro/caves....seriously, caves personally make me jump considering they're layers on layers of hidden cranies for things to hide in essh. Haven't finished Honest Hearts yet (thanks to lag from doing pretty much the other stuff), but the story is interesting.
Old World Blues was HILARIOUS tah! Honestly, I got so much material to throw at Alma from there it's not even funny. The Sink, to me, is an awesome base with lots of stuff to interact and use. Gotta love it.
Mag! 0_- And if someone brings it up in a speech check, the Frightening Presence of my big gun will speak for me.

Fallout 3? I love that game! I wish I had a better way to get weapons though...conservation has always been an issue with me...I am cursed to waste a lot of ammo in games...might be due to how many 3d realms fps games I have played, not making it a serious necessity. Those were the fps games I played in my childhood.
Oh yeah, it's rough beginnings in Fallout 3 for first starters. I remember my first time, I had NO idea about the Megaton home (which is a key for you), and had little ammo and money that I had to keep going to the school nearby to get tons of burned books and cups to sell for a cap each
I miss that desert combat armor with helmet and ranger hat in Fallout 4. Plus the guns are nice but a lil off compared to what was available in New Vegas. Like no M4/M16s anymore???
Also, you forgot a faction, New Vegas had the option of cutting out both factions and being independent.
