Why so glum?

My aunt is going through a tough time and I can't really do anything to help ;-;

:( It always sucks when there's nothing you can do.
A lot of people tell me their problems for some reason, and I never know how to help them.
I don't really know what the problem is, but have you offered an ear?
Even just being there to listen can sometimes make a huge difference.

Relating more to the picture - I like it. I'm a pretty useless visual artist, so I write stories.
