Born just like any other barbarian on the death world Fenris, the young babe that would become Canis nearly died before his story could begin.

While it is unknown how Canis came to be raised by wolves, it is indisputable that when he was a baby, a she-wolf picked him up and returned to her den with a new, if strange pup.

Many years would pass before the Space Wolf Jorek the Giant would come upon this same pack of wolves while on her lone hunt, and found himself at the hands of a wild boy. Jorek would later awake at the foot of The Fang, the Space Wolves' fortress on Fenris, after being dragged there by the boy that had beaten him unconscious. The boy was challenged by the Wolf Lord Harald Deathwolf, and they fought for long hours before the boy bowed his head.

And since that day, Canis Wolfborn has ridden into battle as a brother of the Space Wolves, wild, deadly, and utterly terrifying.
