Jack: I've dealt with hypochondriacs. Usually, there's two theories behind this; the drug they took was addictive or its all in the mind. Of course there are other theories too which would make an endless list of them.

Ernest: Fine... Even "perfect" people can be hypochondriacs. Even in a world where everybody's physically perfect, there will always be hypochondriacs. What about idiots who abuse steroids to increase muscle mass and strength instead of using them for its intended purpose? People with muscle atrophy need anabolic steroids.
