This is one of your better pictures, Dash looks very well proportioned, and it's a very cute idea. Also the stormy rain clouds on the diaper is a cute idea.
My only criticisms are, the cutiemark is too big, her mane seems a bit to long, and her tail is too high up on her back. But other than that it's a very cute drawing.
