So I got Manga studio 5 recently and this is the first drawing I made with it. this program is so amazing!
I drew my character Wachi.
I was showing
ketikoo-kenagiwa how to draw and I ended up making this!
It was really fun chatting with Ketikoo~~✿
I'm also going to use Manga studio for making comics, so the comic Heist is going to look a little different.

xD you arn't 3D silly we are real. because you also have 4D which allowes you to feel the tension of something and follow the same physcal movements, 5D is expierincing something like bing in a globe, so you have you seen all the diractions except underneath I think xD so that's wwhy we can't say we are 3D since we feel and touch x333
This is really pretty, I likes it :3 ...
And, question... What's the difference between all these different art programs? Is it like, special effects, layer doo-dads, or something else? .-. ...
I got sketchbook pro on my phone, that's about all I use and I love it, and it's hella limited .-.

well this is what I can tell you about the different and I will also tell you what I think of them, this is my opinion, so xD for others it could be totally different.
Paint tool sai - Paint tool sai is the most used program, since it can be easily downloaded for free. the editing, colouring everything is just fine, everything what a beginning and experienced artist needs. even I still love it. it's like a start pokemon, you will always love it!
ArtRage - ArtRage is a terrible program, the tools and layout looks nice, but the pressure sensitivity is so bad that it would kill your stylus nibs (the little pin that makes contact with the graphic tablet, they are replaceable and most of the times if you buy a tablet there will be like 5 spare nibs). the result can be amazing, most of the time ArtRage is incleded with a graphic tablet. and you can see the reason why.
Photoshop - Photoshop is one of the most used program to draw, but Photoshop was never mend to be used as an drawing program, but after years it is now, the reason why people use this program is because of the amazing editing tools, being able to make art without pixelating and the results are wonderful! but this program is EXPENSIVE!
Manga studio 5 and EX 5 - MS5 is an amazing program that allows the artist to create manga/ comics art with ease, the have some amazing brushes and some premade stuff, they even have 3D models for hands and characters to create poses with. it's also easier to use and it has been proven that Manga studio 5 is better then photoshop, it even says it on their website, the MS5 costs $70. the MS EX5 is more advanced with more features for the artist to use. more brushed. more premade materials. page numbering, But the MS EX5 is very expansive $299. obtaining a crack of MS 5 is really hard, but obtaining a MS EX5 is almost impossible.
There are a lot more Programs, but these are well known by artist.

Ahh, okay. If I could Paintool Sai, I absolutely would. But as of right now I'm on a lame Macintosh .-.
And, I guess I'll keep a note on MS5 :D It sounds pretty good from what you say, and I've seen it around in various stores too. I even considered purchasing it once, but I didn't, at the time, have a drawing tablet. I do now though, but I rarely use it xP ...
Anywho, thanks for giving a little what's-what on the programs for doodling, and I'll be sure to keep it all in mind :3 <3 ...

Oh? You show/teach how to draw? Nice!
I'll begin to study art in my first year of my game-design degree this autumn. Yet I still have quite a basis. I guess I could look here and there for some tutorials or something, since I suppose you aren't so 'open' when we are talking about "tips" or "tutorials".
Nice artwork anyway, it almost looks like a visual novel's CG or something. He's so kawaii ~.

ow nice! good luck with your study!, well I'm open to tips, but tutorials are kinda rare, the only reason was because I had the new program and wanted to try it out, and a friend of mine happen to be awake so~~ . It was a 5 hour tutorial xD not sure if you would attend something that long~~
