No, they are not. They are wild animals and shouldn't be kept as pets.
As a wolf-hybrid, bred with a domesticated dog? Maybe. But a regular timberwolf? Forget it.

Also don't hug wolves. They are gonna eat your face.

It's like lollazer said...Timberwoves are wild animals, they should live free in their natural environment. It's our responsibility to preserve and help them, not to turn them into pets :)

In jedem Zoo in dem ich bis jetzt war wurde das Gehege mit den Wölfen umgebaut >:C Ich krieg einfach nie einen vor die Linse!

Da hatte ich wohl mehr Glück, es gibt einige wenige Zoos in denen das Gehege einigermaßen annehmbar ist, die Tiere jedoch mit Geduld dennoch gesehen und fotografiert werden können. Wirklich angemessen sind die Gehege natürlich nicht, aber im Zoom in Gelsenkirchen kann man ganz gut Einsicht bekommen. Auch Duisburg ist für Fotografen recht freundlich gebaut. Und zuletzt noch der Adler- und Wolfspark in Kasselburg wo Europas größtes Timberwolfrudela auf einem 10 ha großen Gelände lebt.
