If you played a lot of Nintendo Games back in the 80's then you might recognize a game called "The Guardian Legend". A long time artist friend of mine (Crybringer) did sketches of revived versions of the main character and it inspired me to do a version of my own. I decieded to make my own version of her and made a video for all to see.
Crybringer, who helped inspire the drawing, also provided the music for this video. Thanks Crybringer, And for all of you hardcore Guardian Legend players out there, you might even recognize some of the music.
I know most old school gamers were used to Samus from Metroid, but I played this game to death back in the day.
I hope everyone enjoys the video, I had a lot of fun drawing it.

WELL, THAT'S FUCKING OMINOUS
I thought her name was Miria, but supposedly it's not official. I remember having to tag-team with a friend since I was better at the shoot-em-up portions and he was better at the adventuring portions, but we never got to beat the game before he moved away.

This game... this game was the BEST GAME EVER when I was younger, and I played it to death. I always loved the concept and the character and the music of her transformation into a fighter has always been stuck in my head. Awesome job remodeling her; if this game was ever remade, I would again play the hell out of it!
