One of four commissions done for me by the wonderful Nai-Chan.
Like with previous commissions I only gave a few details/request and for the rest gave the artist the freedom to use these as they saw fit.

Last summer while going through my home city I noticed women and girls dressed up in nice looking summer dresses and I thought it would make a really good theme for my character.
So I asked Nai if she could make Cy look pretty in a summer dress, I think she pretty much succeeded.
