I'm thinking somewhere around $15-20, depending on what the shipping ends up being. That estimate may still end up being a bit high, I'll need to calculate the cost of all the beads that go into one of these. The beads come in packs of 1000 and cost $2.50 and since the colors are basic for all the pokemon I would imagine that the materials cost would only be about $4-5. So with the materials and time being about $15 + whatever the shipping would turn out to be.
