there are organizations dedicated to the Light (from which 10-C is from), and the Dark (from which Secretin was from), right? so I imagine that 10-C is mostly so uncomfortable because the Walkers In Darkness are supposed to the enemies of the Miv....whatever his group was called. yeah? so, would that insanity being in that place they were in be aligned with the Darkness, or is it some kind of neutral third-party?
