Secret Keepers are a closed species and not open for free creation.
or just Keepers for short
really been working hard with these buggers since, unlike Jesters, i'm really super excited about them!
what i'm thinking is, the holes and tendrils on their ears catch the secrets and the bigger their ears the more than can catch and keep (i'm not %100 on the fluffy ears since they can't really have holes in them...) when their babies, their ears are folded over and not developed enough to catch secrets
they are born with a small key that actually grows along with them
to help prevent accidental spreading of secrets, keepers do not have vocal cords and they communicate with a mixture of body and sign language
the secrets are stored in their hearts in the form of songs which only their own key can unlock, they can choose to share these songs with a mate and it is a tender ritual to show their love and trust for on another, but if their mate is untrustworthy, they might steal the secrets leaving the other keeper empty and weak. death is possible if more secrets can't be collected in time.
