I dunno, I think ditching the wings is a good choice. Especially since if memory serves her brother(?) doesn't have any.
It'll make pieces with her look less cluttered.

Yeah, I like her wingless too! She may still have some ability to fly, a large conflict in her brother's story is that he's the only one of his tribe who can't fly, and I'd like to keep that.
