Good evening, my subjects!
Maleficent opened today, and I thought that this would be the most appropriate artwork to commemorate the occasion. :) This image originally had me with Maleficent's horns, but Etheras is supposed to be a bit more "Evil Queen" (Snow White) than Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty). And also he's kinda... more sci-fi than fantasy. Someday I'll write more about the canonical Etheras universe, but not today. :P
Anyway - I'm not planning on seeing the movie unless it gets really good reviews. If any of your guys have seen it, post your thoughts below. Just no spoilers please!
Anyway: happy weekend, fluffs.

While I appreciate the effort, this one really needs no editing. Its my finest work. It flows smoother than silk, with perfect imagery, and perfect pacing. It might sound pompous of me, but I don't think it *can* be made better, and I've had 3 editors read it, and they all agreed with that.
I would go so far as to say, its the best furry short story ever written. But then again, I am biased.

While I will never pledge my allegiance to any one side, and while Dragons throughout all the universes, both this one and alternate ones, will remain forever neutral unless their planet is in imminent danger of being completely destroyed, I must say, you do look dashing in this picture, Etheras.
While still having nothing to do with Maleficent (aside from the fact that "her" movie came out at the same time as this picture) I must commend you on your outfit, and the painting as a whole.
Although, as a minor note, I originally thought the skull you're holding in this image was a wine glass, based solely on the way you're holding it.
When you look at it that way, it's slightly more "Cruella De Ville" (101 Dalmatians) than "Evil Queen" (Snow White)
But that is my only gripe on what is an otherwise perfect picture.
