Icy... Hope she looks icy and cold, othervise she wouldn't be an ice dragon.
She's holding her tail in front of her head to protect her eyes from cold wind. She can't let her eyes to get covered with ice, because that would make her blind.
She's at her home, somewhere where's very cold, but she likes this place. She's completely alone, but she still isn't lonely. She is strong and she feels no emotions. Her wings are quite heavy, because covered with ice. It would be a problem for her to fly. And of course she's breathing cold instead of fire.
I have decided to finish my element dragon series. Air dragon will be my next one.
