well, there are undoubtedly a lot of similarities between road warrior and fallout. if you walk around in fallout 3 and new vegas, its clear that the road warrior inspired a lot of the visual design of the series.
both games had similar iconic pics of their respective main characters (though from behind mind you) so this could also be very well be the Lone Wanderer or Courier 6 ;)
