Bit of practice done one night while sitting watch. I was practicing simple heads, eyes, hair ect. I'm fairly happy with 3 of these. 2 were inked with pigment pen, then shaded and textured/shaded with black colored pencil. I really think that is the method I'll be going with for line art from here on out. it looks really nice on paper, and deals away with the biggest issue I've had with taking away the pencils, in that it felt hollow.

one is line work with a black colored pencil, like it, but I think the mix works better. the other two are just awful. one not so bad but the other is just... terrible. was more testing the idea of blue lead for starting lines. I'll stick to regular graphite.

I could rant about how the fuckup one and the 3/4 are pissing me off. but... thi s page is nothign but awful anyways but i'm a shit illistrator, complaining will not make me any better.
